Friends of Claverdon presents... the Summer Fayre 2025!
It's that time of year again... the Summer Fayre is fast approaching! This year the event takes place on the 4th July after sports day.
Responding to feedback from last year, the event will run slightly different this year, with activities streamlined to relieve pressure on volunteers.

After positive feedback, the inflatables will return again this year on the field, with the ability to purchase a wristband here in advance of the day. We have however reduced the amount of stalls to be manned and all planning for the event has been completed. There will be volunteer 3 roles that need filled on the day - refreshments, food (hot dogs) and manning the stalls. These will take place in 30 minute slots throughout the afternoon.
And we are pleased to announce that this year there will be a Pimms stall instead of tea and coffee, for that summery feel!

Jam Jar Tombola
We will be hosting a non-uniform day on Friday 27th June in exchange for jam jar donations - fill with anything you like.. edible or non-edible. Be as creative as you can!
Pimms Stall
For the first time we are pleased to bring you a Pimms Stall at the Summer Fayre. Summer starts here!

Refreshments
In addition to the Pimms stall we'll also have hot dogs, soft drinks, ice creams and ice lollies available to purchase.

Plant Stall
Barn Close Nurseries will once again be bringing a collection of plants for you to purchase on the day.

SJ Dance Academy
We are delighted that SJ Academy will be opening our Summer Fayre by performing on the field at 3.15pm.
